Water loss caused major damage to my home, and I was skeptical that repairs could meet my high expectations, but SERVPRO of N. Vista / San Marcos lived up to their slogan "Like it never happened".

We had a pipe back up and the bottom floor of our home flooded. SERVPRO came out immediately and started the drying process. They had all the equipment to test the floors and walls for moisture. They also tested for bacteria which was very reassuring. We are very happy with this company and would use them again.

It is pretty close to 5 months from when SERVPRO packed up my house and I am finally able to unpack some of the boxes. I have unpacked nearly all of the boxes from my kitchen and I have not come across one broken item! Everything was packed up nicely. I appreciate their attention to detail.

If only the contractor doing the restoration was as good as this company I would have been able to unpack months ago.
