Commercial Floors

Flood waters on warehouse floors are very dangerous. Concrete becomes slippery when water spills. This commercial building had a flood inside the building that leaked all the way onto the warehouse floors. It is not safe to work in a warehouse full of water! This flood was too large for them to handle on their own. They needed SERVPRO of N. Vista/ San Marcos help! Our crew members extracted all the excess water on the ground and laid machines out to start the dry out process. There was some water damage to the toe kick, we removed it and placed an air mover to dry out the space under the cabinets.
