I would like to thank all of SERVPRO of N. Vista/San Marcos.... Man talk about a Top Notch team. I had a bad roof leak how to get a dry out done and had a bunch of drywall removed for my living room done buy a different company but they couldn't do the construction put it back together. I spoke with Sierra who linked me up with Steve and Michael. Michael came to my home to take a look at what needed to be done was extremely professional and diligent and what he was doing. When he was finished getting his measurements explain to me what the process would be and that they would have somebody out to complete the work. At this point I met Omar Ortega who by himself not only completed the job but absolutely Wowed my wife and I at how fast the job was done how professional and clean he was on a daily basis and the fact that you would never know anything had ever happened to that wall or Windows. I do insurance for a living and I work with lots of restoration companies and SERVPRO of N. Vista/San Marcos just set the bar really high they are my number one go-to at this point. This guys were amazing!!! Junior and Mario were super polite and accommodating....I am a restaurant manager and we had a big leak proble do to a roofing company breaking a pipe, all of our ceiling got wet!!!! It was a disaster, but these guys got there super fast...the whole drying process they made it so accommodating and less frustrating for us..they would work around our hours to make sure that our business hours did not get affected...they would leave everything were it was and cleaner than before..if we ever go thru something like this again I would not question calling them again.....way to go Junior and Mario!!!!

I've worked with this team not once, but twice in the last 14 months for water damage due to a leaking shower. If you don't know about cleaning up water damage, it's not a one day, one step process. In fact, it is like several jobs from drying out everything, then removing water damaged materials, mold mitigation, then treatment to prevent further growth. Fernando and his team are top notch professionals who communicate well, explain every detail, and get the job done in a timely manner. Every representative of the team were courteous and treated our home as if it were their own. Each time they came to do work they made sure to explain exactly what they were doing and how it would impact noise levels and use of the area. It's rare to find this type of customer service unfortunately these days, but these guy are great and I would recommend them without hesitation!

Sent in by our insurance company.  Blew a toilet supply line at 0300. Got  there  armed to the teeth to get the job done shortly after.  Started work immediately removing damaged flooring, checking drywall, removing water.  Everything was moved, packed in to an on site storage box and after three days of water removal, drying and prep for repairs the site was cleared for construction.  Lots of different professionals doing lots of different tasks.  We always knew what was going on and what to expect.  There were no surprises.  If you want it done right call these folks first.

Our homeowner's insurance sent Mike from this crew out as an onsite manager after we had some water damage to walls and floor. I was impressed by his thoroughness and professionalism, the care he took to make sure that we understood what was happening, and the way he treated his personnel and other contractors. They did their work quickly and well; they were even able to save some hardwood flooring which we thought we would lose.

SERVPRO of North Vista/San Marcos responded quickly when I called. We had a leak in our bathroom and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of! If it wasn't for Juan the true cause of the leak probably wouldn't have been found. This team is professional, communicates in a timely fashion, and does great work!

SERVPRO came in to rescue us on our 2nd leak, laid down runways,  boxed and labeled everything so that we were able to find it easily in our garage. They also reinforced their plastic walls with poles.
We were quick to call SERVPRO when our 3rd leak occurred and grateful to have Fernando, Luis (a 2nd time) , and Miguel respond. They were again knowledgeable, respectful, honest, and timely.
They truly helped make an unfortunate and messy process bearable.

First let me start off by saying that I've been working with the North Vista team (as a vendor) for more years then I can count. They do great work and always try to put the customer first. In this thankless industry it's really hard to please everyone, but Joe and the team go the extra mile to make it happen.  

Working along side with many contractors, we get to know the good ones....that being said, your in great hands with the north vista team!

Junior, Hugo, and Ray really made sure we were taken care of.  I really feel like they cared. It may seem small but I appreciate the way in which they  boxed up and labeled all our stuff.

Of course an inconvenient home issue brought us to use their services, but they made it so seamless. I googled before accepting the recommendation of our insurance company and after their service,  I see why they get 5 stars.  These guys are pros and I'd definitely recommend them.

You were prompt, called and kept us informed every step in the process.

It was a horrible experience till SERVPRO showed up.

Water loss caused major damage to my home, and I was skeptical that repairs could meet my high expectations, but SERVPRO of N. Vista / San Marcos lived up to their slogan "Like it never happened".

This note doesn't do justice to the quality of work done by SERVPRO and your staff. I left my house open and everything has been repaired and replaced beyond my expectation. We had a pipe back up and the bottom floor of our home flooded. SERVPRO came out immediately and started the drying process. They had all the equipment to test the floors and walls for moisture. They also tested for bacteria which was very reassuring. We are very happy with this company and would use them again.

When there are so many great things to say about a company, its hard to know where to start. I was blown away at the timeliness, professionalism and communication from Juan at SERVPRO. I highly recommend using this company, and working with Juan. My insurance company contacted SERVPRO and SERVPRO contacted me right away, and even made sure to come out that same day! They kept me apprized to their findings and I felt in very good hands.

Though I filled out an evaluation form for the team, and they received all "10s" from me, the form does not allow me to really express my appreciation for their conscientious attention detail and customer service.
